For many years, I maintained a law office exactly one block away from the main courthouse complex in downtown Austin. Many clients objected to meeting during the business day for fear of losing income, or even their jobs. Many wanted to meet after business hours, quickly during their lunch breaks, or weekends.
As a result, I closed the downtown office, but continue to meet clients at locations and times convenient for all involved. This usually translates into meetings at select coffee houses around the city, or even the courthouse itself -- but always in a place where a private, professional, and relaxed meeting can be had.
